Guide Staff

RMR Backcountry seeks to hire guides that are ready to commit to our guiding commitments. Each guide will commit to guiding at least 3 weeks per summer for two consecutive summers.  As RMR's basecamp continues to develop and grow, we do not have the capacity to house guides throughout the summer. Most of our guides have jobs outside of guiding, and some even move to Colorado for the summer guiding season.  The guiding community is an incredible group of people that are committed to Jesus Christ, to pursuing each other, and to serving our friends on trail.
