What if I have a special diet? Make sure all special diets are communicated on your health form and we will be able to provide exceptions based on your needs.
What is weather like? With our trails being across two states it's hard to tell exactly what is happening where you are hiking. In general days will range from 50-75 degrees and nights between 32-45 degrees.
How do we go to the bathroom in the backcountry? In the National Parks there will be privy's (outhouses) at your campsite.

All other trails we dig BIFF's (Bathrooms in the forest floor).  Some clean wipes will be provided to ensure sanitation.  We recommend bringing personal stores.

What happens right before trail? Once you arrice at RMR's Base Camp you will meet your guides for the week and they will coach you about how to pack your backpack and what exactly you will need to bring.  After you're done packing there will be short Young Life Club before getting in your vehicles and making for the trailheads.
What happens when we get off trail? After your trip is over you will look to your guides to help you seperate all of your personal things from the gear you borrowed from RMR.  Once everything is seperated you will look to your guides for the "OK" and take pictures and say goodbye.
Can we stay at RMR's Base Camp?
Unfortunately RMR's Base Camp is in early stages of development and can only accomodate the Base Camp Staff and Guides going out on trail.
